1 hour, free flowing spiritual dance routine that grounds us and connect us to Gaia, to our souls, and our power. We will chant as we dance our very own song to the rhythm of the soul, the heart, and the body, as the blissful drums beat our song…
-Learn to control your mind & gain the ability to separate yourself from your thoughts –
Getting to know the difference between mind & spirit, allows us to be more mindful with our thoughts & therefore less affected by them and events happening around us. Mindful meditation is the most effective tool to combat stress & anxiety, which in turn, affects our overall health.

Incorporating self-expression in the form of
Art & Various Meditation Techniques for releasing energy blockages, you
will create your very own 3 part Spiritual Vision Board to set your intention
